PMD320PA / PMD325PA Online Moisture Meter

Sartorius moisture analyzers of the PMD320 series are designed for online moisture analysis and density determination within production processes. The use of microwave resonance technology enables core and surface moisture analysis of products in a fraction of a second. The procedure guarantees analysis that is independent of density. Specially developed for in-process use, this modular design facilitates flexible process integration, e.g. into vibrating conveyors, silos or at belt discharge points.

Real-time moisture analysis and density determination (only density with bypass sensor).

The measuring range is between 0.1 and 60% moisture content.

PMD 300 Online Moisture Meter

The PMD300 Online Moisture Meter series have been designed for online, in-process moisture analysis. Through the use of microwave resonance technology, the moisture content can be measured in less than one second. The analyzer measures both the core and the surface moisture. The measurement is non-destructive and is not affected by the color, density or surface properties of the sample material.

Depending on sensor type, the measuring range is between 0.1% and 60% moisture content.
